Pastoral Care

We ensure that every person at CrossBridge Community church is warmly welcomed, cared for, prayed for, and appropriately challenged to receive the training they need to grow in faith, fellowship, and fruitfulness for the kingdom of God.

Pastoral Care Teams

Welcome Team:  This team warmly welcomes everyone when they walk in our front door.

CrossBridge Cafe:  This team makes a time for fellowship and refreshments possible after every   Sunday service.

Mercy Care:  We care for, pray for, and pray with those of our CrossBridge family who are sick or in need. This includes visitation, providing meals, lending a helping hand, and sending cards or gifts to show people they are important to us and we care about them.

Prayer Team: CrossBridge has a team of people who pray for the church both corporately and individually as those of our congregation have needs.

Deacons' Fund: We provide emergency, one-time help to those who are members of CrossBridge Community Church.
